My journey begins today Sunday September, 23rd. I have decided to attempt stashing away $5,000 this winter with the goal of beginning construction on a tiny cabin of my own on my parent’s beautiful property. Here is my goal thermometer. Like a child, I will color it in with all colors of the rainbow each time I add more money to my savings account.
The pictures along the sides my goal thermometer were found on my favorite website Pinterest.

They are all inspiring to look at as I begin my journey to a better life. I want the values and the freedom that come from living off the land and I want to inspire others along the way.
Thanks for reading and for joining me on my path to a truly sustainable future.
